Proud to announce our first New York Tech Week event co-hosted by Dextego.
I want to share a quick story of how this came together.
After our second Dextegon Summit, one of our attendees, Kate, joined us and we quickly became close friends. We ended up attending a lot of GTM events around New York City together, constantly exchanging ideas on what’s working (and what’s not) in building and scaling companies.
Around the same time, I met Tijana after I saw a post she made with one of our advisors, Lisa who had been on her podcast. That connection eventually turned into a series of collaborations and shared events across the startup ecosystem, including the International Innovation Summit we spoke at last week at Pace University.
Over time, these conversations naturally evolved into a shared idea: what if we brought this group together to create something more intentional for founders and CEOs navigating AI-driven growth?
That’s what this event is about.
We’re co-hosting a session on how to scale in AI, centered around the new CEO playbook. Each of us will be covering a different angle from sales and marketing to hiring and HR with the goal of breaking down what actually changes when AI becomes core to how companies scale.
We’re also bringing together small, focused groups of CEOs to create space for real peer learning, not just content.
Really excited to meet many of you in person. And if someone comes to mind who would benefit from being part of this conversation, feel free to share it with them.
Best Regards,
Ioanna Onasi

How to Scale Business with People & AI
Join NYC founders and revenue leaders for a focused, high-signal session on what it actually takes to build a real revenue engine today.
Most teams are still stuck in silos, chasing volume instead of precision, and optimizing individual functions instead of outcomes. That’s exactly why growth stalls, especially in complex B2B environments.
This event explores the shift happening right now. AI is not just speeding things up. It is forcing companies to rethink how sales, marketing, and hiring work together as one system. The teams winning are not doing more. They are doing fewer things, better, and in sync.
Expect practical conversations on how sales is evolving toward deeper diagnosis, how marketing is moving into demand intelligence, and how hiring is becoming about designing aligned revenue teams.
You will also join curated mastermind circles with peers to workshop real challenges and walk away with actionable insights.
This event is a part of #NYTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
