Yesterday I announced the launch of our new website and honestly, I could not be more proud.

This was not a small refresh. It was hours of thinking, debating, refining, rebuilding, and pushing the standard higher and the team worked very hard.
When I first started working on Dextego, GenAI did not even exist. The vision was simple but ambitious: help sales and leadership teams master human influence, communication, and self awareness (the highest level of intelligence) at scale.

Now we are in a world where personalized coaching can happen 24/7. Where people can self coach. Where feedback is immediate. Where growth is not limited by a manager’s calendar. We are building an AI coaching platform designed to develop human influence at scale, not replace it.

The future belongs to people who can think critically, influence ethically, communicate clearly, and adapt constantly. Human skills are not optional in an AI world. They are the differentiator and I will keep saying it till the world becomes tired of hearing me.

We all carry responsibility for the generations that follow us and the systems we build today shape the leaders of tomorrow. My aspiration is to help individuals become the strongest, most self aware version of themselves so we can build workplaces that are healthier, more accountable, and more human.
